New York can be a daunting place to visit. Our client, the New York Marriott Marquis, has a gem of a location in the heart of Times Square... not just because of its immediate setting but because it can give visitors easy access to the best of the city.
CCM's "In Step with the Action" campaign reinforced the property's proximity to great destinations, as well as the fact that the hotel's vibe was in synch with the spirit of New York. In addition to touting the many stores, restaurants, and sites "within steps", it also enabled CCM to create many local partnerships for the Marriott Marquis. The effort included radio, print, digital, direct marketing, and on-property signage for an effect of total integration.
Among the highlights of the program were increases in room occupancy at full rate pricing, and a rapid expansion of the property's valuable database which is a vital source of repeat business.
